Treaty Land Acknowledgement

​We would like to acknowledge that Enrich Yoga and Wellness operates on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional meeting grounds, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Saulteaux (So-toe), Blackfoot, Métis, Dene (De-nay) and Nakota Sioux (Sue).
​
We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.

My two girls, 6 & 9 absolutely love yoga with their teacher Miss Jenn on Sundays. I had the chance to take part in one of the Kid Yoga classes also and I had a blast. Jenn's love for it is very obvious, she brings props and books, games, always has a theme and my girls are super engaged, excited and look forward to their next class before they even leave. We're so thankful for this class and Miss Jenn!

"Beautiful little studio tucked away in Hazeldean. The welcoming environment (including a wide selection of free tea!) echoes the welcoming nature of the studio that makes yoga accessible for people of all ages and abilities.Big variety of classes and class times too I come here all the time! I especially enjoyed the self-massage workshop that used yoga balls to get deep into the muscle tissue. Felt amazing!"
